COUNTY PLANNING
The County Planning Committees consist of representatives for both Clarke and Loudoun. These committees maintain dialogue with county officials and other organizations aligned with the BRMCA mission. The committees work to keep association members informed on issues and legislation that affect our community.

LAND USE / COMMERCIALIZATION
The Land Use/Commercialization Committee informs members of land use regulations and conservation efforts in Clarke and Loudoun Counties. The committee aims to ensure residents abide by these regulations in order to preserve the natural beauty and environment of the mountain.

ROAD CLEAN-UP
Each spring and fall, our members work together to remove litter along Rt. 601. Volunteers help with placement of road signs and coordinate with VDOT for necessary supplies. Once the work is completed, neighbors meet for coffee and donuts!
SOCIAL
The Social Committee is a great way to meet new people! The committee organizes potluck dinners, picnics and refreshments for our general board meetings. Depending on the season, there is often a potluck theme and the committee decorates accordingly. Baking contests, resident art displays and live music have also occurred during the year.
